EmPaci Project Privacy Policy

Our Project is carried out within the framework of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme and is subject to the rules set out in the Programme Manual for the period 2014 to 2020, version 6.0, approved by the Monitoring Committee on 24 May 2018 and published by the Programme ’s Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat, Rostock, Germany. What data do we collect?

Our Project collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Our Project with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

Our Project may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Websites of conferences, seminars, and trainings on the subject of our project if your registration information is published there.

Our Project collects your data so that we can:

Our Project securely stores your data at data on a secure database server with an operator under the jurisdiction of the European Union and complying with the GDPR requirements.

Our Project will keep your data till the end of the Project reporting period - 30.09.2021. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by 30.09.2021.

Our Project would like to send you information about its progress, results and significant events that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive such messages, you may always opt out at a later date.
