The head of the Otmetki platform (providing digital solutions for the EmPaci pilot Suojarvi in the Republic of Karelia) will chair this round table and make a presentation "Collaborative Design: Going Online"

The ITMO University (PP15) will make a report "Experience of the EmPaci project in the online involvement of citizens in municipal governance".
